Versatile in Application
Suitable for cast iron, firebox, commercial watertube boiler, negative or forced draft.
Forced Draft Design
Advanced design backward curved impeller supplies combustion air. This highly efficient impeller maintains its orginal balance by not collecting dirt on the blades as will ordinary forward curved blowers.
Direct Drive
A Direct Drive between the modulation motor and the damper jackshaft. Positive adjustment is maintained.
Unique Air Shutter Design
The H Series Full Modulation burners feature a unique air shutter design that enable precise, independent, air flow rate adjustment for both the low and high fire operating points. this design incorporates a variable main air shutter, mounted on a shaft and direct-coupled to the modulating motor, plus two adjustable, but nomodulating, air shutters.
Dual Fuel Capability
Use ither gas or No. 2 fuel oil alternately depending on the lowest cost fuel by just the flip of a switch. No mechanical or other adjustments are necessary.

Type of fuel determines the model designation:
Model Fuel
HG Gas
HL No. 2 Oil
HLG Gas/ No. 2 Oil
HG Gas Burners burn gas under a cotrolled gas/air pressure mix. Gas is emitted from jets surrounding the air stream, producing a turbulent mixture which burns quietly and efficiently.
HL Oil Burners incorporate a high pressure atomizing design using simplex nozzles. A directly driven fuel oil pump is buner mounted with pressure set at 300 psi. Consistent fuel/air ratio is maintained regardless of firing rate.
HLG Combination Burners incorporate all the features of the HG, HL models. Alternate firing on either gas or oil can be obtained with just a flip of a switch. There is no need for burner modification or adjustment when changing from one fuel to another.

Proportional Air Flow Assures:
As Low as 10 Percent Low Excess Air Capability
Low CO Performance
Ease of Combustion Setup with Unique Air Damper
Independent Low and High Fire Adjustment

Reverse Curve Fan Offers:
1) Low Fan Motor hp Requirements
2) Self-Cleaning for Lower Maintenance Cost
3) High Resistance to Stack Draft Fluctuations
4) Quiet Operation

Notes:
1. Firing rates based on 60 cycle and altitudes up to 2,000 feet above sea level. For impeller and motor sizes at higher altitudes, and 50 cycle applications, consult factory.
2. Oil input on No.2 oil @ 140,000 Btu/gal
3. Gas input based on Natural Gas @ 1,000 Btu/cu.ft. and 0.60 specific gravity.
4. Capacity based on neutral to 0.75"wc furnace pressure for model H10-25, neutral to 1"wc for model H30-45, neutral to 2"wc for model H50-90, and furace pressure up to 3"wc for model H100-120.
5. Boiler overall efficiency of 80% estimated. Industrial Combustion does not guartee overall boiler efficiency.
